Pure Strength

Develop your core strength by joining squash club members at Pure Strength drop-in fitness classes throughout the week. All players are encouraged to attend at least one class weekly. Some players attend as many as three.

  • Monday, 7:05-8:05 p.m.
  • Tuesday, 9:15-10:15 a.m. and 7:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 a.m. and 12:00-1:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, 9:15-10:15 a.m. and 6:00-7:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, 10:15-11:30 a.m.

The above schedule is a guideline and is subject to change every season. Please pick up a paper copy when you are in the facility or call the front desk.
